  • How do I book a court?

    Pick a date, choose consecutive hours on a court, and you get an 8-minute hold to complete payment.

  • How do I pay for a booking?

    Scan the venue's QRPH QR code, upload your receipt, and our system validates it automatically.

  • What happens if my hold expires?

    The slots are released back to the schedule and you'll need to select them again -- no charge is ever made for an expired hold.

  • Can I cancel or get a refund?

    Refund policies vary by venue -- check the venue's posted policy or contact them directly.

  • What is open play?

    Drop-in sessions with rotating matches, live standings, and a scoreboard -- both social and skill-ranked formats are available.

  • Can I rent a paddle?

    Yes -- most venues offer paddle rentals as an optional add-on during checkout.

  • Do I need an account to book a court?

    No -- customers can book as a guest with just a name, email, and phone number.

  • How does membership pricing work?

    Venues can offer a flat monthly rate that's cheaper than paying per session if you play often -- see the Pricing page for a savings calculator.
